Polly Products has negotiated discounts with various freight carriers and will attempt to get you the best rate possible. We will ship your order by the most practical and economical ways available to us, unless at time of order placement you provide specific instructions of a carrier you will pay directly. All of our products are shipped fob our factory and the customer will be charged for the freight on the invoice at time of shipment unless prior arrangements have been made.

Your order may be shipped by commercial truck carrier (custom) which will require you have the ability to offload the truck. If you require additional services such as residential delivery, lift gate, prior notification, please list this on the form as there will be additional charges.

Our web site has a freight estimator for various shipping methods, UPS, FEDX and truck freight (custom). This service is estimation only and we will make every effort to meet or improve this estimation at time of shipment. We however can not guarantee this rate as fuel surcharges are applied weekly.

Should there be a delay in transit Polly Products is not responsible and invoicing terms still apply. We will however upon notification from you our customer track your shipment and attempt to resolve any issues.
