I sought out product quotes from a number of bronze vendors and of them all, Adam's responses were by far the best in terms of addressing my questions with clarity and warmth. Although we eventually went back to the local vendor we'd been dealing with for years, I wanted to personally acknowledge Adam's efforts because I appreciated communicating with him.

What a great and wonderful company!! These items may "fade" in the sun a little. But they will hold up for years and years and years... handle daily use and won't rot out or give splinters. I am a volunteer at a small school. Two of our benches had cracking boards at the screw holes. Our previous maintenance worker, was known for over tightening things, probably CAUSED the issue we are having by over tightening the screws. But POLLY PRODUCTS, not only warrantied and shipped the replacement boards, but ALSO paid for shipping and handling BOTH WAYS! Taking the broken boards back. THANK YOU! This was my second purchase from Polly Products. A couple of years ago, I bought a bench for our home orchard, and we have been very pleased with it. The bench is sturdy and looks great. It's designed to conform to the natural curves of a person's spine and butt, so it's very comfortable to sit in. Since we had a good experience the first time, we bought two more benches (same type as before) for the area around our pond, as shown in the pictures. Again, we were very pleased. Highly recommend these products!

I purchased 12 of the recycled plastic bench legs and built 4 benches. Each bench is 8' long. This could not have been easier to build. All you have to do is buy seven (7) 2"x4"x8' pressure treated studs and a box of deck screws. The benches are commercial grade sturdy and each one came to less than $300. No pre-drilling is required. Each bench took 10 minutes to assemble (after the first one of course which took us 45 minutes to realize we were overthinking it) Friendly tip: assemble them close to where they will wind up. They are much heavier than they look, once completed. I built this first one in my driveway with my 13 year old daughter, then had to grab my neighbor to help get it into the truck. Not my proudest moment.

There are not enough words to express how pleased I am with the bench Polly Product created for us in memory of my mother. We placed the gorgeous bench along the path my mom and I would walk everyday at Smith Mountain Lake, Virgina. It is absolutely beautiful and extremely well made. The ease of ordering and picking up our son’s memorial bench was a blessing. Due to a storm the night before, Polly Products had no electrical power when we arrived for pick up and still they were helpful and friendly. The bench is of great quality.
